Data Deletion
Last updated: July 8, 2026
You are in control of your data in PostDeck. You can remove it in either of two ways:
Option 1 — Disconnect in the app (immediate). Open PostDeck, go to your connected channels, and disconnect any account. This immediately revokes PostDeck's access to that account and deletes its stored access and refresh tokens.
Option 2 — Email us. Send a request to privacy@postdeckhq.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the account(s) involved. We will delete your associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- OAuth access and refresh tokens for your connected accounts.
- Content you scheduled or drafted in PostDeck.
- Post history and status records associated with your account.
Deletion is permanent. Content already published to your social media accounts is controlled by those platforms and must be removed there directly.
